im not sure on this one but, when i looked under my hood i see the yellow sticker with the 4WAS logo on my master clynder? do i have HICAS...is this good or bad???? sounds good.

 

z i thought you said that you had a 2+2 correct me if im wrong. If this is the case You do not have HICAS.....Most Z drivers take HICAS off of there Z's i personaly have never driven a Z with HICAS so i dont know what the performance differecne is

 

NA's don't have Hicas...only turbo's do from my understanding. I could be wrong. Anyway, Hicas isn't that bad, but most don't like it.

you probably don't have hicas, I dont have a stock turbo and I has the 4WAS sticker on my pump as well, not sure why

 

Come on now guys, what have we learned from ricers?.....Just because it has the sticker doesn't mean that it's equipped with the item. No HICAS in N/A's and '96 TT's (I believe). I have HICAS, but I don't have a 4was sticker. What does that mean ? Not a damn thing. Just enjoy the ride.

All TT's have HICAS. 93+ HICAS converted over to electrical operation from hydraulic.
The sticker on your master cylinder is just to indicate that you have 4 wheel anti-lock braking system. Otherwise known as good old ABS.

 

I'm really hoping the person that asked the question doesn't know much about Z's cause thats kind of a staple to know about Zs. Silly Peoples

 

Oh, come on now, be nice . We were all uneducated about the Z's when we first started tinkering with them.
