and what it basically does. is after a sertain speed when you turn the shee. the back tires also turn. so teh car can switchlanes, or turn much faster, easier, and eficient.

ok, you were definitely way off on what it stands for bardabe.
This is what it actually stands for: High Capacity Actively Controlled Suspension (don't ask me how they figured "hicas" to stand for all that). It's a fancy way to say 4-wheel steering. At certain speeds (like bardabe said), it will turn your back wheels slightly.

People have used cobra wheels before if that's what you're talking about. They fit fine, the problem with them is that the hub-centric bore (hub mounting ring thing) is too big. You can have a machine shop make you some though without any problems.
