I want to change out my blue battery fusible link in my 93 300ZX convertible (Next to the battery). I've tried pushing in the tab on the fuse and pulling but it seems stuck.
Do you think it's rusty/melted or am I doing something wrong? See attachments

Probably melted slightly or full of gunk, try some pliers and wiggle it. I have a set of hose pliers that can squeeze just the tab. Maybe disconnect the battery first so you don’t short out the pliers to the body.
