It "claims". Is the key word there. They say the twisting of the air causes it to atomize the fuel and air. The way the air intake is set up on the Z would prevent it from being beneficial. You would need to place it directly in front of the TB's. If you placed them immediately after the MAF, there are too many 90 degree bends in the intake to see a benefit of any kind. You most likely couldn't use it in a TT. If you're running higher boost you most likely have hard pipes installed; which would make it difficult to install it at all. i can't possibly seeing this thing improve the performance of any Z, or any car for that matter. It's a gimic.

Plus if it did work it would never work on a turbocharged car.

The blower would have to be small enough to fit inside the intake and produce more than 600 CFM. And that's just to keep up with engine vacuum. Theoretically, to run 5 pounds of boost, the fan would need to be rated for more than 3000 CFM. Even high flow radiator fans can't keep up with that, and those things are 15 inches (or more!) wide! Not to mention that fan would theretically draw more than 30 amps to run, this thing is simply not feasible. Leave it at that.

Going along those same line as mentioned by Smartman. The stock turbos in our cars (Z32's) spin at approx 70,000 RPM's at full boost. There aren't many (0 actually) compact electric fans that can spin that fast, or even 1/2 that speed. It won't work!

Are we really discussing whether or not to put an electric supercharger on our cars?! The tornado has never been proven to work either. There were dyno tests done that came up with absolutely nothing. A/F wasn't changed. no better gas mileage. Let's just all say no to ebay scams that are meant to target high school kids that think they're actually supercharging their cars.
