ewww your TPS is nasty corroded.
what's with all the grease/oil buildup on the throttle body linkage springs?

as far as cleaning goes, clean it chemically first. Start with a degreaser and/or an all purpose cleaner, then you might want to think about buffing it with a foam pad or very light abrasive disc.

Scotchbrite, toothbrush and gunk or foamy engine brite or simple green works well.

mine is about that dirty or worst. What would be a good cleaner to use when cleaning the inside of the TP's?

i took a metal brush from home depot and a high power drill. I made it look alot better on my TT car. Cause it looked just like yours.

BTW..why not go ahead and do the water pipe elimination for those hoses under your plenum. It will make putting the plenum a hell of a lot easier to put back on and in the future remove again.
