cylinder 4 misfire

i have a 1990 N/A with a JDM engine, i have a misfire in cylinder 4. I have checked and replace the coil pack/ coil pack connector. Check engine light is not on, I am getting power in the coil pack connector but it dosent seem to give off a spark. Any Ideas?

Check compression, check the plug and ohm the injector.
