Cleaning Throttle Body

Can anyone hep with instructions on the best method for cleaning the throttle body? I have a 96 manual NA and the idle sticks when the car stops. I've had the dealer clean it and its improved but still not perfect.

This is how I did mine. Run car. Remove small vaccum line from intake (aftermarket). Spray it with the Throttle Body/Intake cleaner.

Just remove the intake hoses and clean the throttle bodies with cleaner. Simple really. Just DO NOT DISASSEMBLE THE THROTTLE BODIES!! You'll only be asking for trouble if you do.

I also removed the intake hoses, sprayed carb cleaner and carefully wiped the inside of the TB with a clean rag. The wiping removed a lot of gunk.
