What is the best performing and sounding cat-back exhaust system for the NA Z?? They're all within a couple hundred dollars of each another, but I can't afford to go through trial and error...

I want a performance increase with a good mellow sound. I don't like the coffee-can sound some cat-back systems have--especially in the mid to upper RPM range. I've been looking at the Greddy, Borla, B&B, and Stillen. Could you tell me what you think is best for performance, best sounding, and best overall?

sup waterdog, check it out greddy is nice it has a good deep sound but not real deep, borla is good but it almost sounds like a muscle car it rumbels almost as for b&b im not sure but it also depends on what style you get. i personaly went with the ansa exhaust exphensive but well worth it its mello, load, deep and sounds mean as hell when at hi revs. But not only does it depend on what style you get its also up to personal prefference. well have fun and good luck on finding what you want. laters

I have a Magnaflow exhaust on mine and it sounds good, it's sounds like it has power. In low rpms it is pretty loud (not too loud but enough), at high rpms it is quiet. I love that.

i have a stillen exhaust. i like how it sounds. nice and deep, not like a burner

 

INEXPENSIVE. EASY. SOUNDS GREAT. I PUT 2 FLOWMASTERS ON MY 93 N/A AND ITS SOUNDS LIKE A RACE CAR, NOT ONE OF THESE LITTLE 4 BANGER TUNER KIDS.
