All of sudden...
i have this problem with mine, turns out my window break glass sensor thingie (supposed to detect distinct vibrations of glass breaking) was set super high high to the max. a strong wind was setting mine off. see if you have one of these (will be a little black box with a dial in the middle). Not all aftermarkets have one.
Its the stock one.
It started happening like two weeks ago.
It has a fuse but I would rather have it working. And I think that fuse is also for the radio too, i could be wrong.
The only other thing I can think of is a battery kill switch, but I dont know how i feel about that.

i don't think the battery kill switch would really help. you can cut the battery then cut it back on and the alarm is still on. you will still have to turn it back off when you hook the battery back up. but i guess if you just want to make sure that the alarm doesn't go off all day it would work. i would take the security system out. sounds like it will be pretty hard to fix.
check your under hood plunger (the little thingy that goes up and down when you open and close the hood). those commonly go out, if the rubber is off of it, and it's just the little plastic white piece, thats probably it.

i left the ballast for my hids in a weird place for some reason and it was keeping the hood up a little.
