this is my issue, I went to a store shut off motor did my business came out no start, every thing turns on except starter. changed starter relay,clutch switch, it will start when I jump the solenoid, new battery, cleaned terminals. I get 38psi fuel pressure, disconnected battery for an hour. still no start, no clicking at solenoid either I'm lost
