well first off better english helps if you want help. if your post is very hard to read most will just give up and look away. more info on what your hatch is doing would help too.

also look in the z32 section and look at riz's information thread (it a sticky and close to the top) and there is an online manual in there somewhere start there.

btw its
hatch not truck
z32 not 32z
won't not whole
recently not recent

if it won't close all the way, look for obstructions. look at the latch, to make sure it's open before you put it down.

i have the same problem. what that is is that the seal for the hatch has become compressed and the hatch sits too low. what i did was cut a slit in the seal right in the middle where the latch is (on the car side. not the hatch side). a very smal slit mind you. maybe an inch or so. then i fed in some stiff rope to hold the hatch up a little bit. maybe 1/4 in rope. this hods it up with enough tension that i don't need to lift up on it to open it.

but, your first post said that it wouldn't close... then your second post said it wouldn't open.... you really need to be a little more intentional with your words.

and i didn't need that much rope. maybe 2" worth. the right way to do this though, is to replace the whole hatch seal... good luck with that.

where? to build up the seal? that's a bad idea. it would let a lot of water in that way. that's why i put something in the seal instead of on top of it
