Hello all,
I recently picked up a primered black 1991 300ZX 2+2 from my buddy who owns a single turbo 350z. He came down on hard times and had to sell his project car which i picked up for $200.
The car itself is a manual and the interior condition is GREAT for its year. The outside is primered and I found only 3 pinhole rust spots so far. All the electrics work and the body is in straight condition.
The bads: It starts sometimes and dies, shifter is like a limp D*** so bushing needs changing, 2 wheel studs snapped from rust so i need to replace those. And thats really about it other than the primered paint. And the fact it sat for almost 1 year. It had the stock airbox siliconed shut so a z1 intake is on the way to for it. And the exhaust piping needs to be redone due to rust.
I've already started working on it by changing to a fresh battery, added stabil and a gallon of premium octane to the fuel and ordered a MAF sensor from z1motorsports to get the car running and stay running. Next things will be to do the complete timing kit and UR pulley from conceptzperformance, replace all the wheel studs, replace lines pads and rotors, and flush all the fluids a few times. Once this is done, hopefully i'll have her up and running and get some time to work on the exterior to. For now, this is her....enjoy

Picking her up from my buddies home, this was fun to do.

Only other picture I have of her.
