Horn wiring question

Horn wiring question-20140720_174655.jpg

Hello everyone. The car had a really small Grant steering wheel with no horn. I purchased a new normal sized Grant wheel with a horn. In trying to wire the horn it keeps twisting when turning the wheel. The PO had out a toggle switch under the dash for the horn.. Not very practical. In taking it all apart I realized he had just rigged it to the default pin poorly and ran a ground. How can I properly wire this? I attached a pic below of how it sits. It had a wire just wrapped around the left post.

unfortunately for you you bought a car that had been worked on by a moron. after reading that you better do the timing belt because i doubt the PO was much on preventive maintenance.

Get a replacement horn wire - it is spiral coiled and long. It sits in the center of the wheel.

Do you have a link for this? I've looked and can't seem to find one. Can find relays and horns.. But no wiring. Thanks if you can.
