Holes in hatch/Power Steering issue
Hey everyone, I just got a JDM 300ZXTT last week and I'm loving it! It's in decent shape but the previous owner took off the rear wing because it was rotting away. That's fine, except now there are holes in the back. I'm not planning on doing any major body work for a while, but I'd rather not have water getting trapped in there in the meantime so I was wondering what my options are for covering/filling the holes for an extended "temporary" fix. I was first thinking bondo and paint, but my friend said there's a chance it could start to rust anyway. So what about filling the holes with JB Weld? Or some other 2 part epoxy product? By the way I have all the holes covered with some sweet green painter's tape at the moment
Also, I've noticed that almost every time I drive, the power steering eventually cuts out. Once it does then it doesn't work until next time I'm out driving. Sometimes it even starts off without it. Any ideas on what's going on?
Thanks!

Oh ya I'd also rather keep it wingless. That's the only thing in the looks department I care about for now, even if it means there are nasty looking filled holes in the hatch. Not sure why but I'm really not into the wings.
