Electrical Problem HELP!

No Power Windows, No A/C, No Turn Signals but hazards still work, Anti-lock Light is on. I have had this set of electrical problems for a little over a month now. I swapped the alternator and all the Fuses are still good. I NEED HELP 1990 N/A any ideas/ suggestions?

Fsm

Do you have a copy of your FSM, you can get them free online.
Have you checked your Fusible Links ? Sounds like one of them has blown, it is a slow burn style fuse, most of your major systems are protected by them to prevent major damage to your harness.

The fusible links all look good to me, and I've swapped them to see if the problems would go away/be affected and no good, I had a guy with a multimiter check it out and he said there was no power at all going to the power windows slot of the fusible link box.

ok, then put a temporary 12v line to that from the battery and see if you get power? if so, check the line going to it.
