Deciding Between 2 Z's

Hi everyone, I'm looking into getting a 300ZX TT and looking around my area I found two ads on Craigslist that seemed to be pretty good, but I wanted to ask the opinions of people who know more than me on the issue. Which car is better based off of the ads? I'm looking for a bit of a project car, and I'm looking to get ~450+ HP as a finished product. Thanks.

Choices

I didn't really look at ether car but if I had that kind of money to spend on a Z I would start with a car that had no mods done in nice shape. Then pick out your own new mod parts as with changing times Mod parts get DATED. Meaning if you buy one of those Z's a year from now there would be better engineered parts available.
