93 non turbo manual swap

Thinking on doing a swap on my 93 N/A 300zx
Its automatic and i really whant to go manual.
I whant to know if its expensive and why it is expensive.
Do i need to do cutting and welding?
Am i going to need a started? Flywheel? Driveshaft? Diferential?
Do i have to do some modifications on the center console?
Im planning on doing it my self or how much would it cost for a shop to do it?
