Hi, i'm new to the Z32 so i need a lot of help. I drive a 1972 240z but im helping my brother with his Z32 and im not so savvy to all this ECU stuff. anyway...

Car died suddenly on freeway, everything had power, engine would crank fuel pump can be heard but no start.

learned how to check for codes. think its a code 21 which is ignition circut. did some research to find where to start and lots of people start with their PTU.

question: how can i tell if the PTU is bad? are there other places i should look first?
