300zx Insurance cost
Hey guys! Im 18 and currently looking for a Z 2+2. I live in the midwest, specifically Missouri and would like to know how much the govt will steal from me
per month. Im guessing not that high, since the car has depreciated highly and the price paid would be around the 4000's. What worries me is the fact its a 2 door/manual. Please give me feedback! Thanks!

Is the government going to insure your car or an auto insurance company?
I'm not sure why you are asking about the gov, unless you mean taxes, in which case, it depends on your local DMV.
Here's a thread about insurance costs: https://www.zdriver.com/forums/showt...ight=insurance
It's all dependent on: age, driving record, insurance company, local laws, etc......

i got mine at 17 and started at $100 a month liability. i'm 20 now and it's down to $40. just go on progressives website and get a quote. you can run through all the stuff and get a quote in less than 5 minutes.
Call an insurance company. Prices vary greatly by location. It seems where I live in Washington is second only to California for high insurance cost. I could never in my life insure any piece of junk with basic liability for only $65 a month. Some people have claimed to only pay $30/month
2nd. Why would anyone even ask this question?
Insurance rates are dependent *highly* on location, as well as driving record and company. The results you get on this forum (or any forum for that matter) will absolutely not represent what you will pay on insurance.
And if you're 18, you might as well get full coverage, because you're probably going to wreck the car (hence why your rates will be high to begin with). At least then you'll get something back so you can buy something else.
