Surprisingly, the z32 is famous for having a hood squeak. Seriously. If you haven't, you might try lubricating the hood latch and then adjust it down a little to hold the hood tight.

The ball joints and rod ends are lifetime sealed. There is no lubricating them. On my car, when it's colder than normal, I have a squeak in my left front shock, upper spring seat. It goes away after a couple of minutes of driving and I haven't done anything about it.

yeah it possible... very possible its the hood, you can try adjusting the ruber bump stops on it as well, maybe put a little grease on them.

Well it looked to me like those joints were lacking in grease if thats whats even suppose to be ther but it was a quick fix. I thought my front end was gonna fall out for all the noise it was makin. and I did check to see if anything was lose.

Um....yes....find the latch....add lubricant. It's easy unless you're a retard.
