Surprisingly, the z32 is famous for having a hood squeak. Seriously.
If you haven't, you might try lubricating the hood latch and then adjust it down a little to hold the hood tight.
The ball joints and rod ends are lifetime sealed. There is no lubricating them. On my car, when it's colder than normal, I have a squeak in my left front shock, upper spring seat. It goes away after a couple of minutes of driving and I haven't done anything about it.

Um thanks for the guy with the tip but for everyone else am i not in the suspenison section unless our computers post labels differently.
Well it looked to me like those joints were lacking in grease if thats whats even suppose to be ther but it was a quick fix. I thought my front end was gonna fall out for all the noise it was makin. and I did check to see if anything was lose.
