Paint Help

Ok as some of you know Some one lit my car on fire a while back..well I fixed it all (full Body kit) but some of my paint is discolored it looks like a toasted marshmellow, also the body kit isn't painted it just came white so it looks ok..so i was wondewring if you guys thought that it would look like rice if i poof canned it flat black..or if it is more ricey to have an unpainted body kit..well it is my only car so i have to go one way or another so dont tell me to just not drive it...haha...a friend and i did the same thing to his AE86 and it we did a really good job..looks clean..but i am scared to do it to my car..oh and just so you know i plan on getting the whole car painted real soon so it wouldn't stay flat black for too long..what do you think? keep it unpainted and have dull white body kit and some burn marks or flat black whole car?

Leave the body kit off until you have enough money to paint it...

It is a risk that u drive the car with the kit especially if it is fibre glass. A freind of mine painted his car primer, and for a Z it didnt look that bad. It looked better than being a rollin picaso. As for the flat black, that would be cool. Sport Compact Car did that to their Silvia project car and i thought it looked sweet. I would do that, atleast it will be more presentable when it is all one color. Good luck!

(My Fairlady Z) someone lit my car on fire, which messed up my rear bumper and some of my front..i figured that i would just buy a full body kit...so i had to put it on...(WhtFairLadyZ) it IS all one color..its all white..its just the car is glossy white like painted and the body kit is the dull white..because it wasn't ever painted..but yeah i was thinking it would look alright to do it all flat black..thanks for your opinion

you should just get your new parts primered and then wait to get a whole paint job, so that you dont have to mess with anything you put on them. it will make the paint job last longer if you have less paint under it

Best state around. Im hoping to move to a z31 turbo or z32 na shortly, and DEFINATELY not another auto, then ill think about a club. the automatic is ok for commuting and was a great deal, but its just SOOO boring. i wont make that mistake again. funny that the first sports car i buy is also the first auto.
