why the hell did you waste that much money on a CF hatch? the hatches on these car are VERY light compared to a regular hatch.

he asked a simple question, you guys arent helping at all. one smart *** remark is enough for the guy im sure.

to answer though, NO ONE uses it ive never heard of anyone using it nor seen it, so i odnt think you will find your answer here or any where, MAYBE twinturbo.net but they are a bunch of strict purist haters so if you post that question there expect to get your *** eaten out since this is considered rice.

1. You're a ricer. Sorry to say it, but everything I've seen you post thus far has pushed me to that conclusion. Step away from the carbon fiber and body mods... leave them to the Civics. (Dude, carbon fiber OVERLAYS on your doors? The purpose of carbon fiber is to reduce weight in race applications... not add weight to be admired by people with SRT-4's.)

2. Why would you want to remove considerable weight from the rear of a car that is front-heavy? Want to have more traction issues? I didn't notice subframe spacers (or any suspension mods for that matter) in your mod list, so you're the only one to blame when you have trouble putting any of that power to the ground. A lighter hatch will only amplify it.

He didn't say straight-line traction. A car that is poorly balanced will break traction around a corner (the Z32 and most RWD cars, as we know, will oversteer). Sway bars will help resist oversteer if they are adjusted to do so. A lightweight hatch will do the opposite.

But what about the great advise TOF gave in another thread....weight reduction is a great inexpensive way to make your car faster.
