What do I need to install the AFCO racing radiator 80107N

What do I need to install the AFCO racing radiator 80107N? in a Z31

please correct or fill in what's missing

1. AFCO racing radiator 80107N (duh, right?)
2. For the IN/OUT what size hoses? or do I need reducers, they look smaller
3. Metal stripping from home depot or lowes for attachment braces
4. weather stripping for vibration against braces
5. what size bolts? (thread pitch, width, length)
6. I was going to mount it under the cross brace between air filter compartment and engine bay

to anybody whose done it before any other suggestions, tips, or ideas

I've done this....

Yes, the nipples on the radiator are a different size than on the water pump and t-stat housing. A piece of rubber hose makes a nice spacer/reducer...

Just be creative with the mounts. You are the engineer, in this case.

I used metal flex-tubing to make the connections.

I like your install johnzboy it's very clean ... do you remember what size bolts for the radiator holes? ... also from the pictures it looks like you only secured it from the bottom what kind of attachment at the top or does it not need it because of the hoses ... I like your E-fan brackets I could just make some like that ... do you perhaps have pics of an intercooler setup that you did as well?

Thank you...

I have some "L" brackets at the top just to make sure the radiator remains upright. All the weight rest on the rubber spacers on the bottom.

I don't recall the bolt size, but, they're nothing special. I have it all apart (again) so I'll look to see what size.

E-Fan set up is history. I'm going back together with the Sirocco type, dual fans. The single left me a little steamed.

Air to Air Pics...
