Hi guys, never posted here in the z31 board. I don't currently own a z but I found someone who is willing to trade his turbo z for my 98 ford ranger but he wants a little more than just my truck.

Should I do it?

I don't know what to offer. I have a project bike lying around but that thing is worth to much and I'm not going to give up my any of my tools. hmmm, I can throw in a couch. lol, I'll even load it up for him

 

keep the truck if you dont have another, as they prove themselves usefull when you least expect it.

 

sigh, that's true. Where I live I have one parking spot and a garage loaded with junk. I don't really have space for another car. The truck is so boring though and I sold my ninja a few months back. I have nothing fun to play with anymore.

The z31 has 50k miles on a rebuilt engine and turbo.

eh, looks like it wont happen. He said he'll take 800 and my truck. He can dream on.

 

Just bought a 86 turbo gll for $1000. straight no rust lots of little annoyances but runs like a striped ape. Give the guy a $1000 and keep the truck.

 

^^^ Exactly. Your Ranger is probably worth $2k-$4k and he wants you to pay him on top of the trade? His Z better have about 25 miles and ZERO rust on it then.
