Swap VG30E for an VG30ET?

Swap VG30E for an VG30ET?
Okay so I'm new to the Z world and is looking at picking up an 84 Z31 na and want to turbo it, but what I wanna know is what will be the best way to do this. Just get the turbo and necessities for that, or go and do a VG30ET swap?
