Exclamation HELP........86 300Z non turbo wont start

I am in the process of trying to get a 1986 300Z non turbo to run. This is where I am so far. I was able to start the car originally, but it ran very, very rough. At one point in time before I got my hands on this thing it had a fire at apr. #3 injector. I noticed the injectors where looking pretty bad along with the tubes that run from the fuel rail to the injector. These are the things that have been done to date.
1. Remove old fuel rail and injectors, put on injectors and rail from donor car.
2. replaced distributor
3. new plug wires
4. set timing to TDC on #1 and stabbed distributor to set correct timing.

At this point the car cranks but does not start, I am getting three codes from the ECM......23, 31, 41.

Any assistance is highly appreciated.

AFM = Air Flow Meter. Technically called a MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor. It's located on the back left side of the radiator support.... the intake tube from the filter to the throttle body is connected to it.

it looks like this:

can you hear your fuel pump turn on? You should hear it hum... Also... you could check your fuel pump relay. It is behind the plastic vent in the passenger side door jam (hard to find if you dont know what you're looking for). You should hear it click on as well. If not you could have a bad ECU.

My guess would be a problem with your TPS (Throttle Position Sensor), since you're also getting a trouble code for the A/C. A bad TPS can shut off the A/C compressor.
