Compression Surge?

So my new engine is stalling when deceleration. I was looking on the web for any possible causes or solutions and came across this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZUbo_mNDZM This is exactly what my car is doing when i press in the clutch plus engine stalling and dieing when coming to a stop. How does this get fixed? Do i need a bov?

Is this right after boosting at full throttle, or all the time?

Compressor surge happens at full throttle / full boost, not when coming to a stop.

This happens when I press in the clutch at 2000 rpm or higher. Not even on full boost.
