aftermarket ignition

Let me rephrase that. On my slightly modified car running 12psi boost I didn't notice any improvement in power or idle using an MSD ignition. I know there's a few highly modified cars with much more power than my car has that use the stock ignition. And interestingly enough, among the many parts that the JWT kits require that you replace with aftermarket parts, the ignition isn't one of them. I think stock is more than adequate but like I said, MSD is good and it works on the z31. You'll have to keep your stock ignition transistor and get a tach adaptor.

Have to agree. Aftermarket ignition is kinda a waste unless you still have a points setup. I put many on my cars, and friends, never made a difference.
And it only multi sparks below 3k? I think. Otherwise it is just one big spark.
Save your money for something else. I will.
