If it worked when you dropped it off, and didnt when you picked it up its there fault.

 

^^^Without a doubt....I'd ask the dealer this question....How can it be that it worked fine when I brought it in, but now it doesn't work at all??? The dealer is right in one sense...those things aren't related. What they're wrong about is that they didn't cause the problem. Make them fix it.

You're probably right.

 

!989 turbo is really rare. Maybe the rarest z31 Take care of it. Check the boost sensor under the coil. There should be a vac line running from the sensor to the upper intake manifold AKA the plenum. Might have gotten knocked off. I agree with the others that it's something the dealer should take care of.

 

I would say check all the hoses make sure they are connectd tight....

 

ya all this seems fo surely like a vac hose or sumthing like that...but wudnt it still spool somewhat folks...tell me why not

 

It would spool no doubt but you aint gonna get no boost....since theres a like in the lines... viewing like that...

 

mmm....gotcha ..well is there a possibility that the wastgate is stuck open? ive seen this happen on a lebaron turbo so there was no boost ...is this not another possiblitity
