Ive seen that before. It looks like melted rubber oozing from behind the glass. I dont know ehat causes it but Im sure you could just remove the windows and all the rubber/melted ooze and just get new weatherstriping.

wait, wasn't this already answered??? I swear I read another post where the rear windows were "bleeding" and someone posted a link to a great write up
