My friend purchased a 85 300z, ran horrible, here is is what I did. changed air filter, changed plugs, ran a little better, then changed distributor cap and rotor, no noticeable difference. went to change the crank sensor pulled out the old sensor then when reinstalling the new one connector pushed through the bottom of the distributor, pushed it back up into the hole of the distributor and connected it to the new sensor. reassembled everything, and now it just cranks , NO spark coming from the coil, any ideas on where to go will be greatly appreciated. I'm lost on how any of this would effect the coil.
when reassembling the distributor Looked at the metal disc on top of the crank sensor and both sides looked the same is there and "A n B" side could that have been installed upside down?

Thank you
