Motor swapped and running terrible

Okay 4 weeks ago I changed out the motor. I had a nissan motor and converted it to the 300zx. I have changed out the alternator, the battery is two years old and most likely needs to go. I did the old take-out-motor-and-trans-together. Now that I have the motor in I have less than or 500 rpms and idle. It is about to die than start to work than die and than start to work and so on.

A little history of this car. I am more than likely the fifth owner. People have hacked the wire harness. They cut the water termperature sensor so the car will be tricked into thinking its running colder. Which is not good for me. Because two years ago I blew the head gasket because it overheated.

The real problems on this car I want to fix is this.
1.) Fix the idling problem.
2.) When I run the car and come to the stop it just cut off. After that the battery did not have any charge at all. Before and after the new alternator. Why?
3.) The sensor on the mass air flow sensor was cut and the plug removed so I need to know how the wiring goes.
4.) Also I have taken a pic of my alternator to see if it was wired correctly.
Here are some pics.
5.) Any idea of some of those other wires?

Actually I will be putting the pics up later today. Haha sorry

Rewire the sensors, first of all. It's probably never going to run right without them. Not sure what you mean about converting to 300ZX. That doesn't make a lot of sense. Are you trying to say you put a JDM motor in it? You should probably buy a FSM, so you have wiring diagrams. Actually, you can download one...

I recommend adding all pages to one PDF file. It's much easier to search the whole manual that way.

Yes english is my first language.

What I meant to say was that the motor I have put in recently was a Maxima engine and have now converted it to fit in the 300.

without the CHTS plugged in you will have problems. When I replaced the CHTS in my Z31 I replaced it and the harness for it. I stupidly left it unplugged. When I went to start the car I had a hard time starting it. You will also have a hard time starting the car with no MAF. Having neither of these will make it really hard to get this car to run. Possibly vacuum leaks with all of those issues.

< slightly off topic >

You enlighten me with your experience! My Z has been throwing a fit lately. At first tap of the throttle is goes completely lean, then back to rich. If I disconnect the CHTS it's not nearly as bad, but then it's a nightmare to start. I didn't think of the CHTS being the hard start culprit. T-T-T-TANKS!

Glad I could help with the stupid things I've done.

Oh also I'm amazed that you can drive your car with no MAF. Again, another time when I was messing around with my wideband, AFRs, and wiring to my MAF. I unplugged the MAF, turned off the car and then went to work. I completely forgot I left the MAF unplugged. On first start the car immediately died, then I had to crank it a bit and finally the car started. It idled very erratically. I started to drive and it ran really bad, wouldn't rev over 2000 RPM, didn't have much go etc. Then I remembered what I did, shut off the car, plugged the MAF back in and the car was back to running good again.

On my old 300ZX I had an odd problem where it would run fine then randomly start bogging and not rev over 2000rpm. Then it would run fine, then choose random revs to not go over. This problem was related to leaves having made their way into the intake and managed to get onto the MAF's wire mesh or whatever you call it. Every so often under the right circumstances the leaves would get sucked onto the mesh and block the flow throwing everything off. You'd turn the car off and they'd fall down. Once the leaves were removed, I never had the problem again.
