my gears sometimes grind on my 85 n/a when i shift to to reverse In A STill Position(driving out of my drive way), or when i shift fast(driving fast). it grinds a bit and goes into gear. doesnt happen all the the time but everyonce in a while. any help plz?

 

change the transmission fluid.

 

Changed it and the tranny shifts smoother but the pilot bearing thing needs to get changed but the car is still good for till the clutch needs to get changed. I still have the stock one lol.
