Hiya! so I have a burning question, I have been scouring the entire earth for the 25060-17P75 Digital dash Fuel Level Sending Unit And I couldnt find it, so I ended up finding the part 25065-17P15, which is a gray box that comes with the updated version of the sending unit for digital dashes. Now as I have come to understand it, this box converts the analog signal to what the digital dash can read. However, the digital dash version of the fuel sending unit and analog version look identical except for there being a white sheath over the wiring versus black. My question is CAN I USE THE SILVER BOX and get the updated fuel sending unit meant for Analog dashes and plug it into the grey box and have it work? If I can do this, then it will fix all my problems, if not then I am stuck. Any advice is appreciated! I have a 1984 Digital dash non turbo NA 2+2

This is the analog version, can the grey box be used to also convert that analog version and have it be used and be interchangeable between the analog and digital version

Hoping this might be helpful: The level sensor is the same between the analog dash and digital dash kit, one just comes with the A2D box and one does not.
