Fuel Pump wiring 87 n/a
im just trying to determine where the large black wire goes to a as theres no connectivity in it. tried it on and as a ground and got nothing. there is connectivity in the other 2 wires. 87 n/a 5 speed

For starters, you have a copy of your Factory Service Manual (FSM) - or you can download it from XenonZ31 Reference There are other good docs there, too.
Take some time to get familiar with the FSM and check out the inspection & troubleshooting sections for the stuff you want to work right. They are step-by-step, easy to follow.
Check out the fuel pump section and the related electrical diagrams - which might answer your question even before the Z31 guys get to respond here. Why is the wiring to your fuel pump a question now? Did you replace the pump? Or is it not working? Try to give enough background info with your questions.

any diagram i look at has no color indicator, i dont need diagnostic help im just looking for help on figuring out where the large black wire comes from that leads to the fuel pumps wire harness before it goes under the plate
