Talking Boost leak? what boost leak?

The factory pop off valve bit the dust and I didn't have a pipe plug in hand. But I did have a welder. Bye bye, mystery miss fire issue!

Interesting modification. When I had a turbo, I just removed that darned thing and plugged the hole with a metric plug and plenty of teflon tape

I did the same... and it cost me like $5. Welding the stock POV is free. I've also thought about just grabbing the Z31 n/a plug that's in the same spot, but I don't have a 3/4" or 1"? ratchet to pull it out...

I have three or four z31 N/A plenums with the plug, but they where across town and I wanted it fixed now.

as much as i hate giving you any praise, that's a pretty good looking weld. but a plug would def look cleaner. good for a quick fix tho

The driveline is coming out of that z31 in two weeks so I can prep it to go into my s30, so I currently don't care what needs to be done to make it driveable.
