I'm also slightly skeptical of the HP claim as I am currently in the process of attempting to produce 450RWHP and is going to be $12K-$15K of very custom work. Of course, this is assuming you are building it to be RELIABLE at that amount of power. I mean, anyone can toss a bigger turbo on, cut out the CAT and chip it ... but it's NOT going to last ... the engine as is was NOT meant to run that kind of power .. ONLY the block has that kind of durability stock.
