Noise from caliper?

Ok whenever i hit a bump i hear a clank from the back left wheel. sometimes when i take off from a stop i hear a grinding noise. hard to describe the noise. anyone have any clue what this could be? if it makes the noise i can touch the brakes and make it stop. shocks, brakes ,and rotors are new. problem persists after those were replaced. no visible damage under car with wheels off and in the air. any help appreciated. thx

E-brake cable is rusted and siezing, or, the caliper is siezing. Inspect and lube the cable first, it's less expensive to service and may fix you problem.

change it

change your brake pads. when it gets worn out there's an metal indicator attached to your pads, that grinds with brake disk when worn out.
