Z dying out! Help!

Hey guys. My Z has had this problem for awhile and i recently decided to start driving it again. But during idle and while driving it just dies out on me and i do smell fuel. Then it'll start right up again if i have the gas cap off. If i have it on it's a little tougher to start. It's building a lot of pressure in the tank too. I've changed fuel filter, charcoal cannister filter, fuel pressure regulator, plugs, wires.... I've done some searching on this but I need another opinion. Today at work, gotta love working at autozone, i'm gonna clean up all of my electrical connectors. Anything else you guys think it could be? Maybe the fuel pump or idle air control valve? I know it doesn't do the 3 second fuel prime. I gotta mess with the back of my ignition switch to get it to kick on fuel pump and mess with it again to get it to turn over. Thanks for your time.

Pete

Another thing to add is it only has that problem when the engine is warmed up.

It almost sounds like theres a clog in your fuel vapor line to the charcoal canister. You dont have any fuel leaks either right?

No other leaks. I'm wondering if maybe it may be the gas tank vac relief valve or fuel check valve?

Thats what I'm thinking it may be. I wonder if the hardlines for that stuff from the tank is clogged up. or if one of the rubber hoses collapsed

The outside of the lines look fine. The rubber ones looked fine externally too.
