I am looking at a car that a guy told me he has taken the dash out to replace the water ****. Said the engine ran strong before he took the dash out.
Will the engine run without dash installed?

Are there any grounds or shortcuts that i can hook up to make it run without putting the dash back in?

Yup, it will still start as long as he didn't remove any steering column or ecu wiring too.
