Water in transmission.
Water in transmission.
When I took out my l28 to swap in my rb, I disregarded covering up the shifter with anything, so more than likely there is an assload of water in my transmission.
Water evaporates, yes, but is there an easier way to get it out of there?
The only reason i'm asking is because i got a notice from the city saying i need to get my **** together in 6 days or they'll fine me, cause apparently i'm a nuisance... to my neighbors anyway, damn dirty pork.

I'll try to take it out of the bottom as its jacked up enough, getting it back in tho =/
I'll see what i can do.

Sounds like one of those new fancy hydroglide trannys ;P
I think the issue is going to be if there is any water left over its going to emulsify and reduce the ability of the oil to lubricate the transmision.... I use methanol when I'm trying to get rid of water. Methanol will mix with water and is organic as well so its easier to get rid of any water in a system.
