well guys thought i throw in an update here just for fun
at then end of summer the car was offically mine and was finally towed into the garage. since then i have taken the engine out of the bay and began dissisembling it. i sent the block + internals to the local machine shop to have the block magnafluxed, hot tanked, have the crank grinded down 10 thousanths of an inch and about to order a custom set of pistons from wiseco. the guy at the said he'd get these for me. they'll have minimal overbore (roughly 20 thousanths i think that works out to an extra millimeter) to take into consideration the ware from the previous owner (my dad:P). the body is in terrible shape (complete rust bucket) but that can be repaired. dont worry they'll be dished:P. intierer had little creatures inhabiting it like mice and squirils so i had some fun cleanin out the nests. interier is well ok now but still gota bit of a musty smell, gunna need a hardcore carpet cleaner for this. well i think thats about all i have done so far... planning on having block with new pistons an clutch + headgasket done for just after christmas if all goes as planned then on to the head.

Sweet, I wanted to do that but to much peer pressure and from family, abounch of retards that think cars older then 02 are not worth getting, when in my mind its the opposite!
