Try This Question Again

I Need To Know A Good Way To Figure What Size Spacers I'll Need For The Rims I Want To Use. 16x8 With 6" Back Space. I'm More Concerned With Clearance On The Front Struts.
So Far It Looks Like 1.25" Will Work Well On The Front & Rear.

16x8 is a very wide wheel for that car. I'm running 17x7 with a +40 offset, 235/40zr17's and a 1.25 inch adapter... I have about 4-5 mm's clearance from the strut at best. I'm thinking 1.25 aint gonna cut it for your 16x8's. But it depends on the offset I suppose. If you get it far enough away from the strut then it only has one other way to go... outside the wheel well. I'm not into the look of having your wheels stick out, but....

Rod.

Maybe this will help. Hubcentric adaptors are a must!

If you have a Les Shwab near you they make a 16 and 17 for the Z without using spacers.
