T-top trim

Before I break it, thought I might ask how to remove the **** that releases the handle on the t-tops. Looks like it just pops off. I need to remove the interior trim pieces off my 82's t-tops. Thanks for any tips.

Had to giggle a bit, ya, if nothing else works, beating it with big hammer might relieve some stress, just whack something other than your Z
