Is this supposed to look like this?

I was taking a look at the distributor on my 83 280zxt. When I removed the roter and cover I found this;

I may be wrong but I don't think this is supposed to be sticky and leaking like this. Can someone take a look and let me know? If this is messed up, where can I get this part?

yeah.... can those pictures be any smaller? lol, but if your talking about the gel like substance in it, yes, thats normal, at least i hope it is cause mine has that to. haha

sorry about the pic size....Is the stuff supposed to be simi fluid? It appears when it gets warm it will run.

i doubt that, its pretty solid, its like a thicker gel.
