It Could Be The Injectors But Start Off With The Simple Stuff And Then Work Your Way To The Injectors.

They're not that soaked but they're not dry like a normal spark plug should look like and it smells like the raw fuel. The car has also been parked for about one year and it has 62,000mi on it. i just prchased it as my turbo swap, the car has a light wreck, i just turned it on to check that everything was ok, but it hesitates when I accelerate but it idles normal. I'm just checking right now for cracked vaccum lines, water pump, etc... just trying to get it ready for the swap. let me know any other sugestions thanks.
I'm hopping its not an injector problem.

if they are black they could also be fowled out and not burning to well... id say replace your plugs, check your timing, check spark make sure its nice and bright, and maybe even have to lean out the afm a bit

If the car has been sitting for a year, you could have water in the fuel system keeping it from burning all the fuel.

yeah also change out the fuel pump and toss some stabil in it that will get rid of any water there maybe in the fuel.
