SMOKED this acura rsx the other day

man....it was the best feeling ever, i was driving down the golden state freeway yesterday at about 1 in the morning going to los angeles, where my house is, and i was about half way there when i notice this acura rsx, big muffler, body and all, and i was only going about 80-85 he was goin about 75, so i passed him up, all of a sudden he started flashing his headlights at me and speeds past me, so i hit the throttle, and the turbo kicked in, and i swooped past him...we were at it for at least 20-25 miles, then we both pass up this other acura rsx, so he joins in, the whole way to my exit i was leading, it was great, makes me have a lot more confidence in my car.

The sad part about it is, if they actually knew what they were doing, they could probably get the car to be faster, but most of the time all that money goes into stupid things that don't do anything, or just change the look of the car, but ya gotta love the Z.

You gotta wonder. It's not easy to take when a 20 some year old car outruns your new "upgraded car". It'd prolly be easier to accept if it was some newer car, but 20+ years old. I'd imagine the guy was pissed.

I do agree with L-Dub, but it is a Z forum, so it's fun to pick at Hondas and Acruas. I wouldn't be surprised if they pick at Z's on their forums.

They don't have enough class to even know about Z's on those forum's. Most of the 'Ricer' forums are populated by people that can't afford a classy new car let alone recognize one.

I know we have people on here that can't afford a classy new car, but they are doing a hella good job by at least owning a classy used Z!

Did anyone go to Hot Import Dayz in Pleasanton last month? Damn that **** was freakin' scary!

Racing a honda is like being in the special olympics, if you win you are still a retard...

that being said you probably raced a RSX with an automatic transmission the Type-S is capable of alot even in the wrong hands, I have seen a novice & a seasoned autocrosser drive the same car & I tell ya the driver makes all the difference after that it comes down to tires.

I was on a freeway onramp today with my foot in it all the way and had a new Mitsu EVO go around me like I was standing still... And my car is running great right now!. I saw him coming up behind me and thought "Oh my God!!!" All I heard as he passed me was spooling turbo, blow off valve screaching, and Yuban can exhuast howling. It was pretty amazing. The only part I minded was the guy in the passenger seat flipping me "The Bird" as they went around me. That was pretty lame. The driver just kept his foot in it too. He went straight across four lanes into the fast lane and disappeared like a fart in the wind. That car is scary fast/quick.

I have no real sure idea of what kind og HP my Z is putting out right now. At best, it's only got 25-30 HP worth of goodies and add-ons. The Centerforce II and flywheel swap did more for acceleration than any of the other things so far. It's going to get a Turbo swap eventually. I just have too many things on my plate right now to dig into it fully.
