Anyone know a cool set of Power Side Mirrors for my 280zx.
like an after market one. My 280zx at some point had a run in with another car or a wall that my passenger side mirror is gone. i cant even find a stock one to buy and for some reason the stop passender side mirror has some weird magnification glass that is just useless. Might aswell change both of them with some cool looking ones, i dont want to loose the power mirrors.
any ideas wich ones cant fit a 280zx?

The thing is most mirrors on passanger cars are Convex mirrors.. The old Zx have regular mirrors ( note that the passenger mirror doesnt say " objects are closer than they appear") I have seen online pics of a guy putting 3000Gt Mirriors on his. Or you could always go Jdm with the mirrors at the fenders..

that explains a lot. that side mirror was useless to me when it was on. im gona look into the 3000gt if its not a huge work to make it fit and it goes well with the body ill go that way thanx for the info.
thats what i was looking for ideas on what to do for the side mirrors and still keep them power mirrors.

the originals look good but the glass is just small and useless.

i dont know i really want to keep power mirrors but i cant find a nice looking one that goes with the shape of the car, and are functional.
i been looking at other cars to see if i find one that has the same kind of square shape but with better size mirror etc. but all the cars have oval shape i kind of liked the s2000 ones but then once i saw them close i would have to do a lot of work to make them fit.

right now im almost toss the towel and just rip off the power and get the old school chrome mirrors on the car.

I always have liked the stock 280zx power mirrors. They really do fit the body, and the car well. My opinion anyway.

well the shape of the side mirros stock i really like, the glass that comes with is annoying.
but my right side mirror is completly gone, is just a hole there.
so i been looking for a aftermarket replacement or an oem replacement but nothing.

dealer said its discontinued so i been going to junk yards but so far no go.

thats why i been debating what other options i have .

i found side mirrors on ebay but bid went passed 80 bucks >< lost the bid almost $100 bucks on side mirror helll NO!
dang it well the search continues!!! lol

anyone see passenger power mirror for my 280zx let me know!

thats one less thing i have to worry about, now just need to make up my mind about the body kit and the roof scoop and my car will be ready to take its ride to the body shop for a face lift,lipo and a tan.
