Dashboard, firewall, steering rack, wiring harnesses... and everything else different between RHD & LHD. Not worth doing a swap unless it's just to say "I spend 200 hours doing this swap, when I could have just bought a RHD to begin with."

i know in most of the brit cars, the firewall and parts of the dash and things and even the throttle linkages were made so that they were the same parts, to save money. so a conversion on a healy 3000 is quite easy i'm pretty sure.

not that this helps. just a fun fact that goes along with the topic

it'd be cool, but really for the time and effort, it'd be easier to get a rhd z. Considering all the L-series Zs are 25+ years old, they'd be relatively easy to import into the US. It might almost be cheaper to import the car. Considering all the parts, shipping on parts, and all the labor required to convert. Although it would be pretty sweet to say you converted it.
