Yeah, tried doing the whole jumping it thing like you said and nope no luck.

It could be flooded... have you pulled the sparkplugs to see what the tips look like?

Nah, I pulled out the wires but not all the plugs since i didnt have tools with me.

you guys, if he really isnt getting any gas like he says, and then he says he tried hard wiring the pump, and it didnt make any noises, the pump could very well be dead, didnt hook it up backwards to the battery posts did ya? lol

lol, I'm just gonna quit messing with it and get a mechanic for now just incase, I hate to do that, but I recently met a dude who has worked with older Zs.

Wait, did you try to jump start the car, as in using jumper cables or did you hardwire the fuel pump's terminals directly to the battery? Like I said, if you can turn the key to the on position and you hear the pump hum for the 5 or so seconds while it primes, you might want to pull out your fuel filter and check it.
